What has changed on the site, newest first.

A team can now have a guest coach for a single game – a coach from another team in the same community, or one the community keeps active without a team – the same way it can have a guest player. Community Admins and the Registrar add one from the team's roster page by picking the game and the coach. The coach's own team is not changed.
Guest coaches appear on the game roster and the printable game roster for that game only, not on the team's official season roster. A disciplinary card can be filed against a guest coach from the game roster like anyone else.

When a guest player is approved, the opposing team's coach now receives a short notice that the league has approved a guest for that game. The notice does not name the player. The same notice goes out when a guest coach is added.
Guest players are listed on the on-screen game roster, so a disciplinary card can be filed against one from there. The printable game roster now shows the game date on each guest line.
On the Guest Player Requests and Manage Guest Player Requests pages, each request's actions are now in a menu at the end of the row, and that menu includes View Game Roster for the request's game when you are allowed to see that roster.

Community Admins can keep a coach active for the season without putting them on a team – a trainer or a floating assistant – from the Community Coaches tab. They are still tracked for the coaches meeting and OSA approval, and they can be picked as a guest coach.

End of Season Awards – a new report for the Registrar and Tournament Admins that works out, from submitted scores and current rosters, how many placing awards each scored division needs and how many participation medals each non-scored division needs.
Community Team Ratings – Community Admins can now see the ratings that opponents have submitted for their own community's teams in divisions that keep ratings instead of scores.

The schedule-by-location page no longer errors when opened from an old link to a location that no longer has games.
The Schedule Request page no longer errors for Community Admins.
